チェックイン時間、チェックアウト時間を教えてください
〇チェックイン時間は15:00～22:00です。
〇チェックイン時間前にお荷物を置く事は可能です。10:00から承ります。
10:00～15:00は清掃・メンテナンス時間の為、スタッフが不在の場合があります。
チェックイン前にお荷物を置く際は必ず事前にご連絡下さいますようお願いします。
早いチェックインはできますか
早めのチェックインは出来かねますが、お荷物やお車を置く事は可能です。
もし、チェックイン前にお荷物を置く必要がある場合や駐車場をご利用される場合は、
前日までにご一報いただければ幸いです。

遅いチェックインはできますか
当施設の最終チェックイン時間は22:00とさせていただいております。
お客様が22:00を過ぎてご到着される場合、大変申し訳ございませんが当日のご宿泊はお受けすることができません。
※ご予約時に当WEBサイトの宿泊約款及び予約サイトの利用規約に同意いただいたことをご確認いただいております。
これにより、旅行業法第１２条の４第２項に定める取引条件の説明書面および同法第１２条の５第１項に定める契約内容を記載した書面の交付に代えて、WEBサイト内での掲示やメールによる提供が可能となっております。
ご予約時にはチェックイン時間を含め記載事項に同意されたものとして契約が成立したものとみなされます。
チェックアウトの延長はできますか
Southern Court 134 のみ、宿泊プランに下記の追加料金をいただくことでチェックアウトをご延長いただけます。本館・ANNEXのお部屋は延長出来ません。
・超過3時間まで、室料相当額の30％（室料金の3分の1）
※前項の室料相当額は、基本宿泊料とします。
※延長をご希望の場合はチェックアウト日の前日までにお申し付けください。チェックアウト日当日における延長希望はお受け出来ません。
※状況により、延長出来ない場合がございます。ご了承ください。
チェックイン前やチェックアウト後に荷物を預けられますか
フロントの前にお荷物を置く事は可能です。
※状況により、置く事が出来ない場合がございます。ご了承ください。

子供・幼児の宿泊料金は下記となります。
■中学生以上：大人料金と同じ
■小学生：大人料金と同じ

※プランによって料金が異なる場合がございます。
キャンセル料はいつからかかりますか
キャンセル料は以下の通りとなります。
■ご宿泊日の3日前：30％
■前日：50％
■当日：100％
■無連絡キャンセル：100%
(1) ％は宿泊料に対する違約金の比率です。
(2) 6名以上のグループ、一週間以上の長期宿泊者、3名以上かつ2連泊以上のグループ場合、団体用キャンセルポリシーが適用されます。
(3) 宿泊者の一部について契約の解除があった場合（キャンセルポリシー適用期間内での人数変更など）、人数に応じたキャンセル料が発生いたします。
【例】ご宿泊日の3日前に10名様から7名様へ人数変更があった場合・・・【3名様分の宿泊費×30％】のキャンセル料が発生
(4) 宿泊者が旅行会社等（予約サイト含む）を通して宿泊申込みをした場合で、申込の際に違約金（取消料）に関して当該旅行会社等（予約サイトを含む）による別段の規定の適用があるとされていた場合は、当該規定に従うものとします。
また、プランにより異なる場合がございます。プランのキャンセル規定をご確認ください。
(5) 1軒貸切りでのご予約は一律キャンセル不可(ご予約成立時点でキャンセル料金100％発生)となります。
駐車場はありますか。駐車場代を教えてください
当店がご用意できる駐車場は1台分のみとなります。当店提携駐車場の詳細は以下となります。

ドライヤーはありますか
1F・2F洗面所に1台ずつご用意しております。
消灯時間以降ご利用される場合は、地下のラウンジにドライヤーをお持ち頂き、そちらでご利用頂きますようお願い申し上げます。ご就寝されてるお客様の為にもご協力お願い致します。
Southern Court１３４に関しては各部屋に備わっております。
タオルはありますか
有料のアメニティーでご用意しております。貸バスタオル￥200、貸フェイスタオル￥100です。
Southern Court１３４に関しては、お部屋に無料のバスタオルがございます。
館内着（浴衣）はありますか
館内着（浴衣）はございません。ご自身でご持参ください。
コインランドリーはありますか
本館にはスタッフルームにしか洗濯機がなく、お客様自身で自由に使う事ができません。
※ANNEX・Southern Court１３４は備え付けの洗濯機がございます。
洗濯をご希望の方はスタッフにお申し付け下さい。洗濯ネット(1ネット/￥400)をお渡しいたしますので、そちらに洗濯物を入れて頂き、スタッフが洗濯・乾燥後お返し致します。
また、下記注意点がございます。
〇1回の洗濯・乾燥には3時間ほどお時間を頂きます。
〇洗濯機はドミトリールームの上階にあります。音が出るため、消灯時間(22:00)以降は洗濯機を回すことが出来ません。洗濯をご希望の方は19:00までにスタッフにお申し付け下さい。
〇19:00以降に洗濯を承った場合、翌朝洗濯を行います。お返しは11:00頃となります。
〇業務用の洗濯機では無い為、容量的に1回に洗濯ネット1つ分の洗濯物しか洗うことが出来ません。
自転車は借りられますか
自転車のレンタルを行っております。

未成年のみでの宿泊はできますか
はい。未成年の方のみでのご宿泊も可能ですが、チェックインの際に親御様にご記入いただきました同意書をご提出ください。

部屋にお風呂はありますか
ゲストハウスの客室にお風呂はございません。
１階に共用のシャワールームが２部屋ございます。
6：00～22：00までご利用いただけます。
アパートメントは各お部屋に浴室がございます。
朝食は何時からですか
朝8時～9時30分に朝食のご提供をしております。
朝食を召し上がる場合、前日の20時までにご予約をお願い致します。
キッチンは使用できますか
■本館
飲食業の営業許可を取得している為、キッチンをお客様が使用することは出来ません。
自由にご利用頂ける、お水・お湯・グラス・電子レンジ・冷蔵庫はラウンジスペースにご用意しております。
■ANNEX・Southern Court１３４
お客様用のキッチンがございます。
ご利用後は使用した食器・調理器具は洗浄し、元の場所に戻していただくようお願い申し上げます。
喫煙できますか
当店は全館禁煙となっております。
本館・ANNEXでは、1F玄関横に灰皿がありますので、そちらをご利用下さい。
また、近隣住居の塀などにもたれての喫煙はトラブルに発展する為、ご遠慮ください。
お部屋での飲食について
ドミトリーでは音や香りにより他のゲストにご迷惑がかからないよう、また、個室でもベッドにこぼしてしまう可能性がある為、
寝室での飲食は禁止とさせて頂いております。ご飲食される場合はラウンジをご利用頂きますようお願い申し上げます。
Southern court１３４はこの限りではありません。
ドミトリールームのご利用について
【沢山のゲストが利用する共有ルームです】
〇お荷物は他のゲストの通行の妨げにならないよう、広げて置かないようお願いします。
〇他のベッドからハンガーや枕を取らないようお願いします。
〇梯子にタオル等を干さないようお願い致します。バルコニーにある物干し竿か、ブース内のハンガーをご利用下さい。
〇お出かけの際、使用ブースの消灯にご協力下さい。
本館・ANNEXの一棟貸切り利用時のゴミについて
基本的にはお持ち帰りをお願いしておりますが、飲食を行う場合は当スペースでゴミをお預かりすることも可能です。
その際、ゴミ処理代をゴミ袋1袋につき500円頂戴いたします。
下記の種類ごと1袋ごとに500円頂戴しております。ゴミ袋は当方でご用意しておりますので、分別したうえでご依頼ください。
1)燃やすゴミ 2)空き缶 3)空き瓶 4)ペットボトル 5)プラスチックゴミ 6)生ゴミ
〇段ボール・おむつ・不燃ゴミはおあずかり不可です。
〇分別作業が発生した場合は、作業費を実費請求させて頂くことがございますので、必ず分別をお願い致します。(袋とは別費用)
〇藤沢市分別規約に従い分別ください。

What are the check-in and check-out times?
〇 Check-in times are from 15:00 to 22:00.
〇 Possible to leave luggage before check-in time, which is accepted from 10:00am.
Staff may not be available between 10:00 and 15:00 due to cleaning and maintenance times.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to leave your luggage before check-in.
Can I check in early?
It is not possible to check in early, but you can leave your luggage and car.
If you need to leave your luggage or use the car park before check-in,
We would be grateful if you could let us know at least one day in advance.

Can I check in late?
The last check-in time at the property is 22:00.
If guests arrive after 22:00, we regret that we are unable to accommodate them on the same day.
Can I extend my check-out time?
For Southern Court 134 only, check-out can be extended with the following surcharge to the accommodation plan. Extension is not available for rooms in the main building and ANNEX.
30% of the room rate for up to three hours in excess.
※The amount equivalent to the room charge in the preceding paragraph is the basic accommodation charge.
※If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least one day before the check-out date. Extension requests on the day of check-out cannot be accepted.
※Please note that extensions may not be possible depending on the situation. Please understand.
Can I leave luggage before check-in or after check-out?
You can leave your luggage in front of the reception.
※It may not be possible to place them depending on the situation. Please note that this may not be possible.
※If you need to leave your luggage before check-in, please let us know at least one day in advance.

Can I bring my child/infant? What are the accommodation rates?
Enoshima Guesthouse 134 is only open to guests aged 6 and over.

Accommodation rates for children and infants are as follows.
■Junior high school students and above: same as adult rates.
■Primary school children: same as adult rates
■Infants: 50% of adult rate
※Rates may differ depending on the plan.
When are cancellation fees charged?
Cancellation charges are as follows.
■3 days before the date of stay: 30%.
■The day before: 50%.
■On the day of the stay: 100%.
■No-call cancellation: 100%.
(1) % is the ratio of the penalty charge to the accommodation charge.
(2) For groups of more than 6 persons, for long-stay guests of more than one week, and for groups of more than 3 persons and more than 2 consecutive nights, the Group Cancellation Policy applies.
(3) In the event of a partial cancellation of the contract (e.g. a change in the number of guests within the period to which the cancellation policy applies), a cancellation fee will be charged according to the number of guests.
Example: If the number of guests is changed from 10 to 7 three days before the stay, a cancellation fee of [accommodation costs for 3 guests x 30%] will be charged.
(4) If the lodger has applied for accommodation through a travel agency, etc. (including booking websites) and it is stated at the time of application that separate regulations by the relevant travel agency, etc. (including booking websites) regarding penalty charges (cancellation charges) apply, the relevant regulations shall apply.
In addition, the cancellation fee may vary depending on the plan. Please check the cancellation policy of the plan.
(5) Reservations for a single house rental cannot be cancelled (100% of the cancellation fee is incurred at the time the reservation is made).
Are parking spaces available? What is the cost of parking?
We can only provide parking for one car. Details of our partner car parks are as follows.
You will also need to make a parking reservation when booking your stay.

Depending on the parking space reserved for the following day, there is an additional charge if you wish to continue to use the parking space after check-out.
(For example, if you wish to park until the following night, an additional fee of 1,000- [2,000- on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays] will be charged.)
During the summer (15 Jul - 15 Sep), New Year's holidays (30 Dec - 5 Jan) and Golden Week, the fee is ¥2,000 even on weekdays.

It is a 2-minute walk from Katase Enoshima Station on the Odakyu Line and a 9-minute walk from Enoshima Station on the Enoshima Electric Railway Line.

① When you exit the ticket gates of Katase Enoshima Station (Odakyu Line), turn right,
Enter the road by the side of the convenience store.
② Go straight for a little while and turn right at the first turning by the bicycle parking lot.
*Not turning right, follow the road and you will soon be at the sea.â

Turn right at the end of the road. The surf shop [MISTY] is right in front of you!

Do you have a hairdryer?
One is available in each of the washrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor.
If you wish to use the hair dryer after lights out, please take it to the lounge in the basement and use it there. This is for the benefit of our sleeping guests.
For Southern Court 134, each room is equipped with a hairdryer.
Are towels available?
Paid amenities available. Rental bath towels 200 JPY, rental face towels 100 JPY.
For Southern Court 134, free bath towels are available in the room.
Do you have a yukata (indoor clothes)?
No yukata (indoor clothes) are available. Please bring your own.
Is there a laundrette?
The main building only has washing machines in the staff rooms, which guests are not free to use themselves.
※ANNEX and Southern Court 134 have washing machines.
If you wish to do your laundry, please ask a member of staff. We will provide you with a laundry net (1 net / ¥400). Please put your laundry in the net and our staff will return it to you after washing and drying.
Please note the following
〇Please allow 3 hours for each load of laundry to be washed and dried.
〇The washing machine is located on the upper floor of the dormitory room. Due to the noise it makes, the washing machine cannot be run after lights out (22:00). If you wish to do your laundry, please inform the staff before 19:00.
〇If the laundry is requested after 19:00, the laundry will be done the following morning. It will be returned around 11:00.
〇The laundry is not a commercial washing machine and can only wash one net of laundry at a time due to its capacity.
Can I borrow a bicycle?
Bicycles are available for hire.
1,000 yen/day.
Can minors only stay at the hotel?
Yes. Minors can stay at the hotel alone, but they must submit a consent form filled out by their parents at check-in.

Is there a bathroom in the room?
There are no bathrooms in the guesthouse rooms.
There are two shared shower rooms on the ground floor.
They are available from 6:00-22:00.
Southern Court 134 have a bathroom in each room.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 8am to 9.30am.
If you wish to have breakfast, please make a reservation by 8pm the day before.
Can I use the kitchen?
■ Main building.
The kitchen cannot be used by guests as it is licensed for food and beverage business.
Water, hot water, glasses, microwaves and refrigerators are available in the lounge area.
■Southern Court 134 & ANNEX.
A kitchen is available for guests' use.
After use, please wash dishes and utensils and return them to their original locations.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is not permitted in any of our Guesthouse.
In the main building and ANNEX, there are ashtrays next to the entrance on the first floor.
Please refrain from leaning against the walls of neighbouring residences when smoking, as this can lead to problems.
Eating and drinking in your room
In dormitories, to avoid disturbing other guests by noise or aroma, and in private rooms because of the possibility of spills on the beds,
Eating and drinking are not permitted in the bedrooms. If you wish to eat or drink, please use the lounge.
This does not apply to Southern court 134.
Use of dormitory rooms
【This is a shared room used by many guests】
〇Please do not leave your luggage spread out so that it does not obstruct the passage of other guests.
〇Please do not take hangers or pillows from other beds.
〇Please do not hang towels or other items on ladders. Please use the clothesline on the balcony or the hangers in the booth.
〇Please turn off the lights in the booth you are using when you leave.
Rubbish in the main building and ANNEX when using a single building for private hire
Basically, we ask you to take your rubbish home with you, but if you are eating or drinking, you can leave your rubbish at our space.
In this case, a waste disposal fee of 500 yen per bag of waste will be charged.
We charge 500 yen per bag for each of the following types of waste We will provide you with rubbish bags, so please separate the rubbish before you ask us to dispose of it.
1) Burnable rubbish 2) Empty cans 3) Empty bottles 4) PET bottles 5) Plastic waste 6) Food waste
〇Cardboard, nappies and non-burnable rubbish cannot be accepted.
〇Please make sure to separate the rubbish, as we may charge you for the actual cost of the work if sorting work is required. (Cost separate from bags).
〇Please separate the rubbish according to the Fujisawa City rules on separating rubbish.
